Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

UUCC Activities

In addition to our worship services, there are regular meetings of our women's and men's groups; adult education classes; a variety of social activities; and groups of volunteers helping us to function and care for one another. Come and see what's going on at church this Sunday and check the calendar and newsletter for upcoming events.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

The UUCC congregation has an interest in sustainable living, community involvement and environmental issues. We have an active community-supported agriculture group that runs from May 'til October each year. We sign up to purchase shares of crops from a local organic farm. The produce is distributed every week from our church.

You do not have to be a member or even a visitor at UUCC church services to participate in the CSA.

Sign-ups are each spring and there is a sliding scale for the share price. Once we reach capacity for the farmer's output, the CSA is closed for the season to new subscribers.

If you are interested in finding out more about our CSA, please visit the Fellenz Farm website or contact David Kavanaugh at our church on Sundays.
